Traditional Easter Cake

In something of a divergence from my usual fare, my recipe for Traditional Easter Cake is now published online at Weekend Notes.

Flavoured with currants and mixed peel, the cake has a moist almond filling in the centre, and makes a nice change from the usual Easter tastes.
